A Dark RoadIt had snowed for most of the day and by the evening it had gotten worse.  The roads were covered in a two to three foot blanket of white, the scenery melting into each other making it hard to decipher objects in the on-coming darkness.  The trees sagged downward like skeletal fingers, grabbing out from the shadows by the edges of the roads.  The conditions had silenced everything and the world lay still in a type of frozen abandonment.  Jonathon Creed however, got out of work late that night, thrilled to death at the idea of finally going home.  He exited the building like normal, locked the door A Dark Road

Loki Chapter OneOdin, with his mighty staff in hand, walked down the center of the great hall.  Beside him followed his wife Fricka, her black hair shimmering down her back in the candle light, her midnight blue gown trailing out behind her.  Compared to Odin she was the darker beauty, for he was dressed in a radiant white suit, blue-gray cloak cascading off his shoulders to fall gently to the floor.  His hair, although blended with the cloak, shimmered long and silver down his back, his bangs falling sharply to almost hide his gray eyes.    They both stepped at a steady pace, heads up, arm in arm, making their wa Loki Chapter One

Think....think.....think....

So, I started thinking. Last night my brother and I had a long chat at dinner about what stories we've been working on and how far we've gotten into them and as he was telling me stuff about his I couldn't help, but start thinking. His story sounded so well thought out and detailed that I began to have some ideas of my own. I am hoping to redo an old story of mine that I began 6 years ago. For all those who've read the outdated version you'll be happy to know that the new version of...."Elf Tales" will be up and ready to read soon. I'm not exactly sure when it'll be up, considering I have to pretty much rewrite the whole thing, but it will be up.....I promise.

Oh yea definately, it's kinda sad but you should always think that you're either home practicing by yourself or tell yourself that it wont be as long as you thought and at the end it's an amazing relief!

Same here, I can sing in front of friends but that's a very few amount of them. But ya, I kinda get the same way too.

Well it's okay. But I have a thing singing infront of people. I can dance with no problem infront of a packed house, but make me sing and for some reason I get shy as hell. It's weird.
